So after driving by this place for the last few years and now I'm trying to get back into shape and eat cleaner and healthy. I figured I would give them a try and let me tell you I discovered my new favorite spot to eat I have eaten here the last 5 days in a row. The food is filling especially the soups. Let me tell you the taco soup with the lean turkey is my favorite. But I have tried 7 different things from here so far and they are spot on. And the folks running the place there are so friendly. Had a conversation for alittle bit with them today and it was if we had new each other for sometime. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are local and have never given them a try. And if your a tourist I highly recommend trying them. They offer dine in also takeout and you can order off doordash. Highly Highly recommend this local restaurant.

It’s exactly what expected, good homemade food with good ingredients. Nice owners, as well. We also got frozen meals, I will update when we try them. Also it’s good value, definitely better than going to a chain restaurant. We’ll be back whenever we’re in the area.

Enjoyed a top-notch, fresh Buffalo Chicken Salad today for lunch. It’s so handy to have a place close to the office where I can pick up lunch that’s always consistently good, priced right, plus the added bonus of eating healthy. Orders are ready in a matter of minutes with a friendly smile.

I'm assuming he was the owner, but he was a joy to speak to. I felt welcomed and felt the "home" vibe when walking inside. While I waited and seeing different people walk in, I could tell his regulars seemed like family. Food was awesome and extremely affordable. For any tourists/visitors like myself, I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for sharing your children and asking about mine :-)

Healthy and balanced meals just like the name- I gave up eating out due to allergies but came across this place and I must say I did not get any stomach pains after at all, order a chicken salad and chicken was fresh, greens all tasted fresh as well. Will definitely be my go to spot when I do not have time to meal prep.

On vacation, googled food and decided we would give Healthy Balance meals a try. We love it! Highly recommend the broccoli salad very good. We will be back.

We are headed out of town today and needed a quick bite to eat. We seen this place and stopped.. it tasted great and they were accommodating and able to take off the onions of my husbands sandwich. I also think it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely make this our new place we stop on the way out!

I've been eating lunch here periodically for years and never once had a bad meal. Top notch quality & service. Sevierville is so lucky to have a restaurant like this providing healthy home cooked meals. This is REAL FOOD at a decent price.
